Service agreement
According to Norwegian law, all property managers are required to have service agreements on fire products. BVS offers service agreements on such fire products. These may include sliding fore doors, fire doors, fire curtains, smoke shutters, water lockers etc. By entering into a service agreement on the products, this will result in increased service life and provide added security for the products to function properly. BVS, after each inspection, makes a service report that will be available to the fire service during their inspections.

BVS congratulates Kirsten Tønnessen and Andreas Jacobsen with a total of 4 gold and 1 silver in the European Championships in Kettlebells, which was held in Athens in May. BVS is proud sponsor of these two great athletes. Norway’s performers also made a fantastic effort with a strong 2nd place in the team competition and could travel home with a total of 7 gold and 2 silver.

ContactNEWS! Remote control for comfort ventilation
BVS now offers wireless remote control to windows for comfort ventilation. It is possible to program synchronous function for up to 4 windows, adjust power, emigration and speed. Engine has built-in protection against overload and has been tested for min. 11,000 openings. It is possible to synchronize the engine to the rain and wind sensor.

BVS AS supplies fire sliding gates on fire class EI60 and EI120, tested and approved according to EN 1634-1 and classified according to EN 13501-2.
Approved up to size 16000x6000mm (WxH).
Comes standard painted RAL7035 and can be painted in any RAL color (option)

ContactNew frame agreement for BVS AS
BVS AS has signed a new frame agreement with the municipality of Sandnes and given responsibility for service and maintenance of all fire curtains and smoke hatches to all municipal buildings in the municipality of Sandnes.
The agreement involves inspection, control and service on all public buildings and we thank the municipality of Sandnes for their trust and look forward to the work.

ContactBVS AS with a new test furnace
BVS AS has built a separate fire furnace for testing and development of its products. The fire furnace is built in our own production hall and will be a useful tool to determine the fire properties of products and materials. When the product development is complete, the products are tested in full scale in accredited fire laboratories for approval and certification.

BVS supplies pressurising systems for wall or roof mounting. Pressurising fans come in 6 different sizes, with air volumes of between 15,000 m3/h and 34,000 m3/h at 50 Pa. BVS also supplies control cabinets with built-in pressure sensors and frequency converters.

ContactFire-classified hatches
BVS is the first company in Europe to develop fire-classified inspection hatches with fire resistance EI60-Sa and EI90/EW120-Sa according to NS-EN 1634-1 and NS-EN 13501-2.
Inspecto W is an inspection hatch with concealed hinges and lock system. Consequently, its appearance is neat, without any disruptive elements. Supplied complete with the patented concealed SLIK lock system and PING hinges.
Approved all the way up to 900 x 1200 mm in size, and available in most standard sizes or to order. In standard format, the hatch can be supplied to fit between studding. Painted as standard in RAL 9010, but available in all RAL colour codes upon request.

ContactSmoke ventilation
Fomatec smoke hatches can be installed wherever smoke ventilation regulations require it.
Fomatec is supplied with a weather-resistant, UV-protected, hard-wearing and durable PC hatch.
The hatches close using an electric 24/48 V motor and advanced control system and battery reserve.
The Fomatec smoke hatch is one of the best on the market based on technical testing values, Cv factor and U-value.
During testing and certification of the product, the hatches are exposed to major stress factors. Examples of this are that the hatches are able to open 160° at -15°C, in winds of 10 m/s and 300 kg of additional weight on the hatch. The hatches can handle a minimum of 1,000 openings during a fire and 10,000 under normal conditions.
Fomatec is supplied with a frame which is 70 mm insulated. Certified sizes measure up to 1200×2400 mm (WxL) with a frame height of 300 mm or 500 mm.
These tests are all certified to NS 12101-2 standards. The product is CE-approved and -certified.

BVS supplies fire doors tested and approved according to EN 1634-1 and EN 1634-3. Our fire doors are made of wood, steel or glass, with fire resistance EI30, EI60, EI90 and EI120. Supplied primed or painted. Available with door handle, lock cylinder, electromagnetic lock, panic bar, fireproof glass, magnet holder and safety class.
